Things people actually ask.

What does "added rotation in your marketing" actually mean?

Stageo runs its own marketing to grow the platform. Premium members are eligible to be featured in that marketing, for example in a carousel with a link to your profile. It puts extra eyes on you at no media cost to you. It's a boost on top of anything you're doing yourself, not a replacement for your own marketing, and being on Premium makes you eligible for the rotation rather than guaranteeing a specific placement or frequency.

Does this mean I don't need to run my own ads?

No, and we'd never claim that. Your own marketing is your own, and you're free to invest in it as much as you like. What Premium adds is extra visibility through our marketing on top of whatever you're already doing. Think of it as icing, not the cake.

How often will I be featured?

We don't put a number on it, because it depends on the rotation and that changes over time as more members join. What we can tell you is that the rotation favours profiles that are set up well, so the best thing you can do is make your offer clear, compelling and ready.

What does the hands-on support include?

Premium is higher-touch than a standard software subscription. We help you position yourself better, which can mean a hand with your profile and thumbnails, a look over your offers, or a direct line to the team when you need it. Real people, not just a help centre.

How does the payment protection actually work?

Stripe is built into your profile. When someone books, the payment is taken there and then and held until the session has taken place, after which the funds release to your own Stripe account. Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are handled under our published terms, and standard Stripe processing fees apply.

What happens if a client doesn't turn up?

The fee was already collected when they booked, so you're not chasing an invoice for a session that never happened. You lose the slot, not the slot and the money.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Anyone receiving payouts completes Stripe's standard identity verification, the same KYC process banks and major marketplaces use. It's what allows money to be held and released safely, and it's a big part of why someone who has never met you is willing to pay upfront. It's a one-off step during setup.

How is this different from Kajabi or Teachable?

They're course platforms. Stageo is the operating system for a coaching practice: live sessions, bookings, reminders, payments and on-demand content in one place. Kajabi can take days to set up and starts at $179 a month. Most coaches are up and running on Stageo in about an hour, and we don't take a commission.

Do I really need tech skills?
